1. Quinoa – I use as base for grain bowls
2. Jicama Wraps – I use for tacos , fajitas & quesadillas
3. Spicy Mexican-Style Riced Cauliflower – I use for chili, tacos & Mexican-Style grain bowls
4. Cauliflower Gnocchi – Great way to make your favorite pasta dish slightly healthier
5. Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry – Great way to make a healthier fried rice & excellent base for Asian-Style grain bowls
