Maman, which is a NYC based Café/Bakery chain is one of my favorite weekend breakfast spots and on a recent visit I picked up a cinnamon bun with orange glaze, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I loved the flavor combination of the orange, cinnamon and vanilla icing, which inspired me to make my own cinnamon roll adaptation. My version includes a chocolate, cinnamon and orange yogurt dip I used as a topping for cinnamon roll mini muffins, waffles and mini donuts.
