Chili Garlic Ground Turkey Stir Fry

Happy Chinese New Year! To celebrate I made a chili garlic ground turkey stir fry, which I made using ground turkey burger in a chili garlic sauce that I combined with Trader Joe’s riced cauliflower
stir fry, edamame and broccoli slaw. I served the stir fry along with wanton soup and Trader Joe’s kalua pork spring rolls. I especially love that this meal was a quick, easy and affordable adaptation of Chinese takeout using some of my favorite Trader Joe’s frozen products.
