4 Ways To Reuse Leftovers

With Thanksgiving and the holiday season quickly approaching there tends to be a lot of leftovers after entertaining so I wanted to share four easy ways to reuse leftovers so none of the leftover food goes to waste and can be turned into quick and easy weekday meals that can all be made in under 20 minutes, which I know is much needed during the busy holiday season when no one has the time to prepare complicated and elaborate meals, but we still want to eat healthy, delicious and nourishing meals.
1. Grain Bowls

Grain bowls are a great way to reuse leftover rice/quinoa, protein/meat (chicken, turkey, beef, etc), and veggies.  Add a simple dressing and you have a delicious grain bowl, which is the perfect simple weekday lunch or dinner.

2. Tacos

Tacos are another great way to reuse any leftovers in fridge, such as vegetables, protein, etc. Just top with some salsa and or guacamole and you have the perfect Taco Tuesday dinner!

3. Naan Pizza

Naan pizzas are one of my favorite weekday meals because you simply add any leftovers and some cheese and you have a delicious flatbread pizza that is ready in under 15 minutes!

4. Soup

Nothing is better than a warm hearty soup especially on cold Fall/Winter days.  Soup also happens to be another great way to use any leftover protein, vegetables and grains. You simply just need to add some broth and you have delicious soup! I love preparing a big batch of soup during the weekend and then I have soup ready to go for quick and easy lunch and dinners throughout the week.
