Overnight oats are one of my favorite weekday breakfasts. I like that I can prep the night before and then have breakfast ready to go for the next morning! Today I’m sharing four of my recent overnight oat creations, which make getting up and ready to start the work day a little easier.
1. Peanut Butter & Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats – Serving Size: 1 serving
2. Chocolate & Berry Overnight Oats – Serving Size: 1 serving
YOU WILL NEED:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup unsweetened plain almond milk/nonfat milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons strawberries, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons raspberries
2 tablespoons blueberries
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a glass jar with a lid add: rolled oats, milk, cocoa powder & honey
2. Cover container & set in the refrigerator overnight
3. Garnish with mixed berries & enjoy!
3. Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats – Serving Size: 1 serving
YOU WILL NEED:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup unsweetened plain almond milk/nonfat milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a glass jar with a lid add: rolled oats, milk, cocoa powder, honey & chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup
2. Cover container, set in the refrigerator overnight & enjoy the next morning for breakfast!
4. Lemon & Berry Overnight Oats – Serving Size: 1 serving
YOU WILL NEED:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup unsweetened plain almond milk/nonfat milk
2.5 tablespoons lemon curd
2 tablespoons raspberries
2 tablespoons blueberries
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a glass jar with a lid add: rolled oats, milk & lemon curd
2. Cover container & set in the refrigerator overnight
3. Garnish with mixed berries & enjoy!
