Valentine’s Day Dessert Board

Today I’m sharing a Valentine’s Day dessert board, which includes: M&M chocolate chip cookies, black & white cupcakes, white chocolate yogurt dip & peanut M&M’s!

1. M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies – Serving Size: 2 Cookies

What You’ll Need:
2 heaping tablespoons of slice & bake cookie dough
1/4 cup of Valentine’s Day M&M’s

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Using an ice cream scoop put two round heaping tablespoons of cookie dough on baking sheet & add some M&M’s to each cookie
3. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are brown & enjoy warm!

2. Black & White Valentine’s Day Cupcakes – Serving Size: 4 Cupcakes

What You’ll Need:
1 box vanilla cake mix + ingredients on box
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon water
1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon water
1.5 tablespoons of Valentine’s Day sprinkles
2 strawberries

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Make vanilla cake batter following directions on box
3. Add a heaping tablespoon of batter to 4 mini muffin tin crevices & bake cupcakes for 15 minutes or until tooth pick inserted into cupcake comes out clean
4. While cupcakes cool make chocolate peanut butter ganache by microwaving chocolate chips & water in a small microwave safe bowl for 15-30 seconds or until heated through. Add peanut butter to chocolate; mix throughly
5. Make white chocolate ganache by microwaving white chocolate chips & water in a small microwave safe bowl for 15-30 seconds or until heated through; mix throughly
6. Cut strawberries in half. I used a small heart cookie cutter to cut into the shape of a heart, but if you don’t have just cut into bite sized pieces
7. Decorate half of each cooled cupcakes with vanilla ganache and the other half with chocolate ganache. Garnish with sprinkles and strawberries; enjoy warm!
