For this week’s quick & easy recipe I’m featuring another recipe using Trader Joe’s Thai Green Curry Sauce. This time I used the sauce to make easy turkey lettuce wraps, which are perfect under 15 minute healthy weeknight meal and are perfect for the nights when you are craving chinese takeout. I like to pair my lettuce wraps with Trader Joe’s Veggie Gyoza or spring rolls, which allows me to fully replicate the takeout experience!
Thai Green Curry Turkey Lettuce Wraps
YOU WILL NEED:
1 Trader Joe’s Frozen Turkey Burger
1/4 cup frozen broccoli, defrosted
1 tablespoon frozen edamame, defrosted
2.5 tablespoons Trader Joe’s Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry
1/4 cup Trader Joe’s Thai Green Curry Simmer Sauce
4 Romaine Lettuce Leaves, washed
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat sauté pan with oil, once hot add turkey burger and cook for 6 minutes, 3 minutes per side
2. While turkey burger is cooking microwave: broccoli, edamame & cauliflower riced stir fry
3. Let turkey burger cool for 6 minutes, crumble into bite-sized pieces, add veggie mixture & green curry sauce; mix throughly
4. Put the turkey filling in the center of romaine lettuce & enjoy warm!
