On a recent trip to Trader Joe’s I bought their matcha green tea noodles, which I decided to use for a shrimp pasta dish. I cooked my shrimp, pasta and added some frozen veggies (I used broccoli and edamame), which I coated with a sweet chili lime sauce and garnished with red pepper flakes and furikake seasoning.
