For today’s quick & easy recipe I’m sharing a shrimp pasta recipe, which combines Trader Joes spicy chunky tomato & pepper sauce, cooked shrimp and spaghetti. This is a perfect simple weekday meal, which comes together in under 20 minutes!
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup spaghetti/pasta of choice
6 pieces of shrimp, defrosted, peeled & deveined
1/2 cup of Trader Joe’s Spicy Chunky Tomato & Pepper Sauce
1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- In a medium saucepan bring 2.5 cups of water of water to a boil, add pasta and cook according to directions on the package
- While pasta cooks heat a sauté pan and cook shrimp, usually about 3 minutes per side, or until shrimp is pink and fully cooked through
- Put spicy chunky tomato & pepper sauce in a saucepan, bring sauce to a simmer, add shrimp and cooked pasta, garnish with parmesan cheese & enjoy warm!
