Soy Ginger Zoodles

For today’s quick & easy recipe i’m sharing an asian inspired zucchini noodle (zoodle) recipe, which entails: shredded chicken, pepper, edamame and a honey ginger sauce.

Soy Ginger Zoodles

YOU WILL NEED:
1 cup of zucchini noodles (zoodles)
1/4 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Trader Joe’s Fire Roasted Peppers & Onions
1 tablespoon edamame
1/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded
2 tablespoons 365 by whole foods honey soy ginger marinade

DIRECTIONS: 
1. Peel zucchini using a julienne peeler or you can buy pre-made zucchini noodles from most grocery stores
2. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan
3. Sauté zoodles for 3-5 minutes or until heated through
4. Microwave Trader Joe’s Fire Roasted Peppers & Onions and edamame until heated through
5. Add  heated vegetables, shredded chicken and soy ginger marinade to cooked zoodles,  mix throughly & enjoy warm!
