I know for most people instant/stove top ramen brings back college flashbacks and that’s definitely the case for me as well, but during this past fall through the winter I was having frequent ramen cravings so I stocked up on $0.80 Maruchan ramen noodle soup packages and started playing with adding different ingredients to the noodles such as veggies, shrimp and soft boiled eggs. I experimented with different soup broths as well to try to further enhance the flavor of the noodles. Below I’m sharing two of my ramen adaptions.
