I don’t know about you, but as soon as we went into quarantine I started to default to making comfort food, such as pasta, lots and lots pasta! Now that the weather is getting warmer and I’ve started to adjust to this “new normal” I want to start eating healthier again and one of my quick & easy healthy eating hacks is zoodles since it allows me to use my same pasta recipes, but just substitute zoodles for pasta.
