Mini Angel Food Cake Cupcakes With Mixed Berries

Since it’s fourth of July weekend I’m sharing a festive holiday dessert, which entails mini angel food cake cupcakes, which are topped with whipped cream and mixed red & blue berries to get you in the holiday spirit!

Mini Angel Food Cake Cupcakes with Mixed Berries

YOU WILL NEED:
1 box angel food cake mix + ingredients on the box
4 tablespoons whipped cream
4 teaspoons mixed berries, choppd in bite sized pieces

DIRECTIONS: 
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Make angel food cake batter  following directions on the box
3. Put mini cupcake liners in four mini muffin tin crevices,  fill each with 1 tablespoon of batter & bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
4. Let cupcakes cool.  Top with whipped cream & berries.
