Lemon Ricotta Yogurt Dip

I love a good snack board and have been experimenting with different yogurt dips so today I’m sharing a recipe for a lemon ricotta yogurt dip that I served with red and green bell peppers and pita chips!

Lemon Ricotta Yogurt Dip
Serving Size: 2 Tablespoons

What You’ll Need:
1 Tablespoon Ricotta Cheese
1/2 tablespoon non-fat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon hot honey
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients & mix thoroughly
2. Serve at room temperature alongside vegetables [I like bell peppers & carrots] and chips
