I recently checked out Le Reveil Coffee located on East 70th & 2nd avenue, NYC and decided to try their butternut squash soup, which I used on a soup & sandwich board along with a vegetable & hummus tartine and sweet potato chips.

VEGETABLE & HUMMUS TARTINE
YOU WILL NEED:
1 piece sprouted sourdough bread
1/4 cup misto alla griglia
2,5 tablespoons greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon harissa paste
1 tablespoon roasted garlic hummus
DIRECTIONS:
- Toast sprouted sourdough bread
- Heat misto alla griglia according to directions on the package
- Make harissa aioli by combining: greek yogurt & harissa paste
- Spread roasted garlic hummus onto toasted bread
- Top bread with cooked misto alla griglia & harissa aioli
