For today’s foodie adventure I’m featuring Le Botaniste a plant-based organic food & wine bar, which has locations across New York & Belgium. I ordered the botanical menu, which included a cup of soup and half portion bowl. I chose the vegetable tajine bowl, which included: quinoa, potatoes, moroccan vegetable stew, root vegetables served with lemon harissa dressing.
