Today I’m excited to share two ground turkey grain bowls, which I enjoy making for a quick, easy & healthy weekday lunch. As I clearly demonstrated in this previous post I love a good grain bowl and what I particularly love about these ground turkey grain bowls is that they provide protein, which is filling and gives you the energy needed to finish off the second half of the workday and avoid the late afternoon energy crash.
