Today I’m featuring one of my go to lunch spots Fuji, Stamford, which offers amazing Sushi & Chinese food lunch specials. Since we are currently in the middle of a heatwave I wanted something refreshing for lunch yesterday so I ordered one of my favorite dishes, which is cold noodles with sesame sauce and I got a vegetable spring roll appetizer.
