French Dip Board

Today I’m sharing an easy adaptation of a french dip, which includes deli roast beef, french onion soup and I included some whipped ricotta. I featured the french dip on a sandwich board along with the french onion soup and sweet potato fries.

YOU WILL NEED:
1 piece Trader Joe’s sprouted sourdough, cut in quarters

1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon Trader Joe’s Mushroom Medley

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Make whipped ricotta dip by combining: ricotta, olive oil, lemon zest & black pepper, mix throughly
3. Heat french onion soup according to directions on the package. Put roast beef into a bowl & add some soup
4. Cut bread in quarters, spread ricotta on two pieces  & put roast beef with some french onion soup  on the other pieces . Bake for 10 minutes or until bread is golden brown. While french dip is cooking microwave mushrooms for 30 seconds.  Add mushrooms on top of roast beef, top with piece of bread with cheese & enjoy warm!
