I love cookies and have been enjoying experimenting with with different edible cookie dough flavors so I decided to combine the two and create cookie dough cookie sandwiches. Today, I’m sharing two recipes: the first recipe is a cookies n’ cream cookie sandwich and the second recipe is a peanut butter snickerdoodle cookie sandwich.
