For this week’s foodspiration I’m featuring a cinnamon yogurt dip, which is included on a snack board along with cinnamon chocolate toast, apple slices and rice cakes.
Cinnamon Chocolate Toast
YOU WILL NEED:
1 piece of toast, cut in half
1/2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F/Toast in toaster oven
2. Heat toast until brown
3. Cover toast with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon & stuff with chocolate chips
4. Put sandwich in oven for 6-8 minutes or until chocolate is melted
5. Cut sandwich in half & enjoy warm!
Cinnamon Dip
YOU WILL NEED:
2 tablespoons greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon honey
DIRECTIONS:
Combine greek yogurt, cinnamon, vanilla extract & honey; mix throughly!
