For today’s foodie adventure I’m featuring takeout Bulgogi Beef Bibimbap from Mokja NYC. I’m also sharing a homemade variation using Trader Joe’s bulgogi beef fried rice with kimchi.

Bulgogi Beef Bibimbap
YOU WILL NEED:
1/4 cup Trader Joe’s Bulgogi Beef Fried Rice with Kimchi
1 tablespoon butter/oil
1 egg
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat a small nonstick pan with butter or oil
2. Crack egg into pan & over medium heat cook 3 minutes or until white is set. Flip and cook 1 minute more, until yolk is slightly set. Remove from pan and season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat Trader Joe’s Bulgogi Beef Fried Rice according to directions on the package
4. Top heated fried rice with fried egg & enjoy warm!
