For today’s foodie adventure i’m featuring Bonjour Crepe & Wine, which is a breakfast/dessert option located on the Upper East Side. I ordered the apple, cinnamon & maple syrup crepe, which I paired with a homemade mini cinnamon apple & maple syrup yogurt parfait.
Cinnamon Apple & Maple Syrup Yogurt Parfait
YOU WILL NEED:
2 tablespoons apple, cut into bite sized pieces
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons non-fat greek yogurt
1 teaspoon maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
1. Set oven to 350°F
2. Make cinnamon apples by combining: apples & cinnamon. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
3. Add yogurt, baked apples & maple syrup to a bowl.Enjoy at room temperature
