Since we had an extremely warm weekend with the temperature in the 90’s for today’s quick & easy recipe i’m featuring a refreshing berry smoothie bowl, which I topped with shredded coconut & granola!
Berry Smoothie Bowl
YOU WILL NEED:
1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Frozen Berry Medley, defrosted
1/8 cup milk
1.5 tablespoons greek yogurt
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon granola
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add berry medley, milk, greek yogurt, vanilla & honey to blender; mix throughly until all ingredients
are fully incorporated.
2. Put berry mixture into bowl, top with granola & shredded coconut. Enjoy at room temperature!
