For this week’s foodie adventure I’m featuring a 2 maki roll lunch special from Amura Japanese Cuisine, which is located on the Upper East Side, NYC. I took the items included in the lunch special, which consisted of: spicy tuna and shrimp tempura sushi rolls, soup & salad and created a sushi board!
