I love a light and fluffy angel food cake and one of my favorite desserts especially this time of year during strawberry season is angel food cake with cool whip and berries. Today, I’m sharing my adaption of that classic dessert and since I love experimenting with different ways to use cake mixes I also developed a mini coffee cake cup recipe.
