Peanut Butter Marshmallow Board

On a recent Trader Joe’s run I was very excited to find the peanut butter cocoa marshmallows and had a lot of fun experimenting with different recipes. Today I’m sharing a dessert board, which features: peanut butter marshmallow chocolate chip cookies, apple slices, graham crackers and peanut butter marshmallow yogurt dip.

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Chocolate Chip Cookies – Serving Size: 1 Cookie

YOU WILL NEED:
1 slice & bake chocolate chip cookie
1 Trader Joe’s Peanut Butter Cocoa Marshmallow


DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 250°F
2. Bake slice & bake cookie dough for 12 minutes or until cookie is golden brown
3. Let cookie cool for 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, microwave marshmallow for 5-10 seconds or until soft
4. Cut cookie in half, put marshmallow in center of one half of cookie and cover with second half. Enjoy warm!

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Yogurt Dip – Serving size: 1 serving

YOU WILL NEED:
2 tablespoons non fat plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 Trader Joe’s Peanut Butter Cocoa Marshmallow, chopped

DIRECTIONS:
Make yogurt topping by combining: greek yogurt, peanut butter, cocoa powder, chopped Peanut Butter Cocoa Marshmallow; mix throughly & enjoy!
