For today’s foodie adventure I’m featuring Casa Birria food truck, which is located on the upper east side, NYC. I’ve passed by this truck for awhile and have wanted to give it a try and this past Friday I finally stopped by and ordered the birria tacos and also got the consomé, which was excellent for dipping the tacos & tortilla chips.
