I love any excuse to use rainbow sprinkles so today’s funfetti board makes me very happy! This week’s dessert board includes mini funfetti cupcakes, mini donuts, funfetti dip & graham crackers.
Mini Funfetti Donuts
Ingredients:
1 box funfetti cake mix + ingredients listed on box
2.5 tablespoons cool whip
1 teaspoon greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1.5 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
2. Make funfetti cake mix according to directions on box
3. Grease donut tin, add 1 heaping tablespoon of cake mix & bake donuts for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
4. While donuts are baking make your donut topping by mixing your cool whip, greek yogurt & vanilla
5. Let donuts cool, frost with cool whip topping & garnish with
rainbow sprinkles
Mini Funfetti Cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 box funfetti cake mix + ingredients listed on box
1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
2.5 tablespoons cool whip
1 teaspoon greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1.5 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
2. Make funfetti cake mix according to directions on box & add white chocolate chips to batter
3. Grease mini cupcake tin, add 1 heaping tablespoon of cake mix & bake cupcakes for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
4. While cupcakes are baking make your cupcake topping by mixing your cool whip, greek yogurt & vanilla
5. Let cupcakes cool, frost with cool whip topping & garnish with rainbow sprinkles
Funfetti Dip
Ingredients:
1/2 tablespoon funfetti cake mix
2.5 tablespoons cool whip
1.5 teaspoons greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients, mix throughly!
