With the recent cold front and big snow storm expected in the northeast I thought it would be perfect time to share a quick & easy chili board, which includes: homemade turkey chili, Mighty Quinn BBQ sweet corn fritters with honey-chili dipping sauce, tortilla chips & avocado crema.

TURKEY CHILI
INGREDIENTS:
1 turkey burger, broken into bite-sized pieces
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of white onion, chopped
1/4 cup red kidney beans
2 tablespoons black beans
2 tablespoons fire roasted diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons of frozen corn, thawed
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat saute pan with olive oil once hot add onions, cook until translucent and then add turkey burger & cook until browned and cooked through. Once cooled break turkey burger into bite-sized pieces
2. Add garlic, kidney beans, black beans , diced tomatoes, frozen corn, cumin & chili powder to browned turkey & cook over low heat until beans & corn are heated through, enjoy warm!
