For this week’s foodspiration I’m highlighting some festive Christmas breakfast ideas, which includes: gingerbread pancakes, chocolate chocolate sweet rolls & Christmas morning monkey bread.
I love making pancakes using leftover cake mix and this gingerbread pancake recipe is a perfect way to use up any leftover gingerbread mix from your Christmas baking projects! I’d also encourage garnishing with some crushed peppermint or Christmas sprinkles for an extra festive holiday touch!
This recipe is a fun adaptation to the classic cinnamon rolls, which includes premade dinner roll dough, milk & white chocolate and marshmallow fluff! This fun and festive Christmas morning breakfast option would go perfectly with a nice big cup of hot chocolate!
Monkey bread is usually a part of my family’s special occasion breakfasts and I love this Christmas adaptation, which includes premade biscuit dough, Hershey kisses & Christmas sprinkles. This would be perfect on it’s own or served as something sweet to go along side a savory egg dish.
