Creamed Greens Stuffed Shells

I recently had a craving for stuffed shell and was planning on a spinach and ricotta filling, but then during my last Trader Joe’s trip I found their new frozen creamed greens and decided to use that as the filling instead, which paired perfectly with Trader Joe’s spicy chunky tomato & pepper sauce

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup large shell pasta

1/4 cup Trader Joe’s creamed greens, cooked

1/4 cup Trader Joe’s Spicy Chunky Tomato & Pepper Pasta Sauce

1 tablespoon  parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1.  Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Cook shells according to directions on the package
  3.  Cook creamed greens according to directions on the package
  4.  Put 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking pan
  5. Put cooked shells on top of tomato sauce and fill each shell with a teaspoon of cooked  cream greens
  6. Top shells with remaining 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, parmesan cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes
  7. Enjoy warm!
