One of the best parts of thanksgiving is the leftovers, but you can only eat so many turkey sandwiches so for this week’s foodspiration i’m sharing three recipes, which all use thanksgiving leftovers.
An adaptation of the classic chicken noodle soup, but just with turkey meat instead of chicken. Soups are a great way to use leftovers since they are easy to freeze.
Quesadillas are a great way to use leftovers and I think the addition of cranberry sauce would add nice savory component.
An adaptation of potato hash stuffing cakes are an easy way to use leftover stuffing and pairs nicely with eggs.
