Another local destination that’s on the top of my summer/fall 2020 foodie adventure bucket list is the Hudson Valley, NY. I’ve been with my parents to Beacon and the Storm King Arts Center in New Windsor, which are both located in the Hudson Valley. Each of those experiences have left me wanting to explore the region further and since it’s conveniently located from CT & NYC it’s an easy day trip! Below i’m sharing three restaurants located in the Hudson Valley, which i’m looking forward to checking out in the near future.
